‘Walk around The Brock’ – Showcasing the arts & crafts created by the members of The Brock

The Brock is a small Garden Centre based in Broxburn which provides an environment where people with long term mental health conditions can participate in therapeutic horticulture, woodwork, and other art & craft activities.

In making this video I firstly walked around The Brock to create the ‘base’ video, choosing to highlight a selection of the arts & crafts that are ‘permanently’ located there.

I then used some video editing techniques to introduce some of the smaller arts & crafts into the video at a very much larger scale, for dramatic emphasis.

The video concludes with a brief slideshow to show some items in a level of detail that would not be apparent in a moving video. This concluding part of the video is accompanied by some original music.
