2016

Out of Sight Out of Mind in 2016 took place at multiple locations across Edinburgh including; Summerhall (Basement, Café, War Memorial Gallery, Tom’s Office), Central Library Cabinets, Space Artworks Gallery, Jeelie Piece Cafe. This year we took over some more unusual spaces in Summerhall and had a photographer document the launch. Approximately 115 people who have experience of mental health issues took part and we had approximately 1,500 visitors attend the exhibition.

2016 Poster

Since Out of Sight Out of Minds’ beginning in 2013, Michael Dawson has designed the exhibition poster. Each year, working closely with the Planning Group he takes inspiration from the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival annual theme, which this year was ‘time’.
